Just to clarify I have been taking 50mg for more than 2 months now, only the super high dose for 2 weeks of it. Ive done some Iodine painting aswell including my throat for when I had an esophageal infection/candida/something.

Im not stopping it I just think its not going to solve my problems. Since im away, im going to take 2 drops a day of lugols, no selenium/cofactors. I felt great on this dose. I had an abnormally high magnesium blood reading and have enough digestive related pills to worry about at the moment. Gonna have to see a GI specialist when I get back if I dont magically get better in a months time. Any constipation tips?
