Yeah it would be best to cut out the alcohol but you could give it a shot and see how it tastes. morning would be more potent so you would have to dilute it a bit more than the other times. No you don't have to do urine enemas right away I've seen someone even do it with aged urine. I've felt most effects from morning urine. As for helping with your autoimmune disease I don't know for sure but who knows you'll have to try it out first.
