Hi!

I was taking 12 drops Logol's am and 12 drops pm. I got my first Iodoral bottle and I figured I need to take 5? Is that right?

Do I need to up any co-sup?
Curently taking:
- ATP half a caplet
- 200 mcg Selenium
- 3 mg Tri-Boron
- 4000iu VitD
- 3x 600mg VitC
- 5x 250 mg Magnesium

Thanks for your input. I feel scared taking so much Iodoral (5 caplets). Maybe I have it all wrong...
