Quoting Dr. Furhman as if he's some sort of authority on health is ridiculous, especially in this context...

Furhman recommends foods high in inflammatory omega six fatty acids -- nuts, seeds, beans, just for starters. His diet is also very deficient amino acids found in animal protein. It's deficient in B-12, omega 3's, on and on and on.
