PTSD from chronic illness. Yes.
PTSD from abusive childhood. Yes. The childhood PTSD set me up to easily get other forms of PTSD but I would have gotten it anyway from the last 7 years of severe, chronic pain for which there is no medication.

Epstein Barr is cureable with homeopathics, Candida is cureable with a candida clearing supplement and eliminating all starch and Sugar from your diet for at least 6 months and taking an excellent probiotic supplement, and keeping carbs very low, ,like 6o grams a day. Lymes is cureable with
E Viridis tincture; 130 drops 4X a day for 2 months and then 2X a day for a couple more months used in conjunction with
E Viridis homeopathic 20 drops 4X a day for 2 months and then 2X a day for two more months. I have done all of that in my quest to be healthy and it makes a huge difference.

As for the PTSD, I take it one day(hour/minute) at a time. It's all I can do until the pain stops.
