I have serious concerns over intestinal formula #1. Having taken it for at least 10 years and wanting my intestinal track to work on it's own peristaltic action eventually. This has not happened. But I have gone from 10-15 a night capsules to 4-5 and sometimes 1-2 over the years. Also cleaning up my diet has helped. Recently I tried to stop taking all together. No movement, so disappointed because I thought my action would eventually be restored to normal. Will I ever be "normal"? with out the expense of this product. I hate the garlic taste it leaves on my breath..as does my husband. Thinking of trying coffee enemas. BTW during this decade I have lost my gallbladder and had to do candida cleasing, as well as gut bacteria issues. Just need good advice.
