Unfortunately since I am young and doing a Europe trip with all my friends, alcohol will be forced down my throat whether I like it or not. I already plan to avoid beer to favor spirits.

Taking too much Iodine provokes hypothyroid symptoms in me so I was doing the high dose temporarily and will start taking 12.5-50mg from now on. Was strange that when I stopped that and zinc+moly that the foamy pee was gone. Maybe it was copper elimination? No foamy pee on pau d arco and batches of raw garlic daily.

Any tips for constipation? Did my usual salt flush, and added a big tablespoon of castor oil 5 minutes after and nothing :( What can I do to maintain regularity during my trip? Im thinking the drugstore may be the only answer. Thanks
