Table salt is a NO-NO because all the nutrients have been stripped out.

We are to take only Natural salt which includes all the micro-nutrients, such as:
Celtic Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Redmonds Salt or Hawaiian black salt. If the salt is pure white, it is unacceptable (minerals have been stripped out )
