It's the copper that is said to restore hair color. I would suggest not putting it in anything, just down a tablespoon and then brush your teeth or eat/drink something. It ruins juices and smoothies, so I now just get it over with. It's so dense in nutrients and trace minerals, even if my hair color doesn't change (has only been three weeks, so have months to go!), the health benefits are tremendous.
