Could be fungal combined with bacterial overgrowth. Usually candida diet is good for both of them with some nuances.
My opinion is try to have a decent stool culture test for bacteria.
I also did blood culture, d-arabinose test for metabolites of candida and were negative. But microscopy and culture were positive for candida and bacterial.
Maybe they can reffer to an infectious disease hospital. How about Karolinska in Sweden? Or Germany? Closer to you
