I was on a diet for 4 month, then got extremelly thin( I am thin anyway) but diet made me even more thin. People critisized me for looking malnuorished and I broke the diet. Symptoms are back depend on what I eat. Try to stay away from Sugar though. Honestly, my improvment at times I was on the diet was not not very much significant: less gas, bloating, more energy sometimes, but not drustic change. I feel that treatment should be in some universal medical killer which is not invented yet., Indeed, hom many people we know that got cured by following diet?
