Thank you so much Jenifer - I just thought maybe because it gives you so much energy - that it would interfere with sleeping. I took one pill this morning with breakfast and one pill with my meal at lunch. I live in a smaller city so the pill form is all I could find, but I have ordered the Maca Magic (I think it's called) so I will be able to mix it in my juice or something in the morning with my breakfast. I think it is suppose to come in the mail on Friday.

Thank you for the link of what some MD's have said about Maca.

Jenifer - can I ask how much Maca you take in a day? How much Iodine are you taking per day??

Thank you again - I am starting to hope that maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
