Your only hope is to move to a mold free apartment ASAP.

If you can't move, then scrub down walls & cieling, floors with 20% Chlorine or bleach in water. You may have to do this monthly or more often. Fix all water leaks that are getting into walls or roof.

Job 1 is to kill the mold at its source or move out ASAP.
