can you write some info related to your diet these days after the "poisoning"? people will get a clearer picture.

and also why do you think your adrenals were weak before. the reasons youve talked about.

first guess is bacterial, fungal, protozoan infection. after cheese dairy. simptoms can match many things but bacterial or fungal would be the first choice. both can give you anxiety big time.

if you can handle this until you have some answers would be better. if you can...for me vit C helped and mashed garlic 1 clove mashed each meal. but just until you figure out whats going on.

NHS? I doubt it...but who knows. a good stool sample? maybe send to London Tropical Disease Hospital? my two cents.
