The issue with dosage is Detox. For every drop of Iodine going in, a drop of toxins come out of our trillions of cells.

Some of our participants (like me) start with just 1 drop or less and titrate slowly. I took 6 months to go from 1 drop to 50mg a day. We have found out that 50mg is not enough to fully detox, and have gone to 150mg a day.

Others have determined to get detox over with as quickly as possible by starting at 100mg a day.
