Friend I promise you, your problem is not a dietary one it is YOUR TOOTHPASTE. Abstain from using toothpaste, and to make doubly sure avoid using chemically abrasive shampoo (when the shampoo runs with the water down the face and across the lips it is coming into contact with the sensitive mouth area) switch to a completely organic hair shampoo. When I find one I'll post here and let you all know
