thanks! after looking at what these medicines do, i realized that prolonged pinworm illness is definitely related to lots of air and gas in your stomach and intestines - which means, eggs can develop and mature in your system without exposure to external body air. which explains why some folks persistently get it, no matter what meds they take. because they are not treating the gas buildup in their stomachs - which can be caused by many things, include lactose intolerance, stress, certain types of food, etc.
