There is some truth this however most if the time the body is so overloaded with these organisms that you need help from herbs/ Antibiotics . I was diagnosed with lyme 18 mos ago along with hhv 6 and ebv, changed my diet to all vegan-organic with added whey protein , detox weekly sauna, rebounding,supplements ,energy treatments ,vit c,detox teas, completely allergy free diet and environment(no chemicals,accupunture,massage, and after all of this I m still sick with a high viral load!! I believe these government made diseases make it almost impossible fir the human body to fight with out drugs but still staying hopeful.
