I have worked my way up to 2.5 tsp a day of nystatin powder according to Walt Stoll and Dr Myhill's recommendations.

Sometimes I put a half a tsp in an enema (2 cups water) a few times a week. On the days with no enema I take it all orally.

I have been mixing the nystatin together with a half tsp of turmeric as this has a synergistic effect as Jorge has posted.
