I'm actually a bit excited to try this, although I'm scared that it will end up failing and I will be left wondering what next to do. But thanks so much for this. I appreciate so much, we all do. I'm gonna try the gluten free diet, but I'm worried that it has something to do with "Leaky Gut" and not just plain FBO... I don't know if theres a huge difference or not but yeah haha.. If you're still on this website please reply so I know you're here. And I'm in a very similar situation that you described in your story about your life. Pretty much identical. The only difference is I'm a girl. But any who thank you sooooooooo much!!!! Best wishes friend :)
