I just had that EXACT reaction and called 9-1-1 in a panic because I had no idea what waa happening!! THey gave me 50mg of benadryl and rushed me to the ER. I assumed it was an allergy, but maybe it was a Niacin Flush?! I had a Superfood Bar, plus E3 Live PLUS a multi-vitamin, so maybe i OD'd on Niacin???? I have no idea, but i had ALL of the same symptoms you mentioned. Even my knees were red!!!!
