I usually mix up 3/4 C Lemon juice-1/3 C of Syrup-1/2,TB Cayenne Peppe along with 64 oz water! The rest of the lemon juice I put in a covered jar and refrig til next batch is mixed! I have Hypoglycemia so don't use quite as much Syrup as called for! I have since read that if you add 1 scant TB molasses, building up to 2 TB per glass it will cause the Pancreas to produce insulin! Will try that next time!
