FOr vaginal yeast you are going to think this is crazy. ... but inserting a slice of garlic cloves works marvel. It kills the yeast locally and I usually resume as soon as I get some itchy symptoms there. To get immediate relief. Change them daily. The uterine and bowels are very close and I have found that this treatment also helps with the bowels.

Worth a try.

Dont worry too much with the diet unless you get more symptoms after eating something specific. But be alert and listen to your body.
