I have some Goldenseal that I've used before but it made my gastritis flare up really bad :/ I have my suspisions that I was getting gastritis because my clogged liver was backing up bile into my stomach, I did a Liver Flush a few days ago and so far I havent had any gastritis pain(usually get it from eating anything with fat)
