To get rid of the pain try a cup of warm water with one TBSP of Epsom Salt and a little juice to help get it down. It tastes really bad but it will relieve the pain typically in less than an hour. Epsom relaxes the bile ducts allowing the stones to pass through. A full Liver Flush will get out a lot more stones but this will at least relieve the pain.
