Vitamin D3 was very helpful for me but did nothing as far as eliminating candida. My personal feeling is that if you already have a candida overgrowth, having sufficient vitamin d level is necessary to get better, but by itself it will do nothing to eliminate candida.

I urge everyone to try high dose nystatin oral and enema at least for a month to see if you benefit.
