Fruit contains Sugar and Sugar feeds candida.

The strict diet allows only green apples, lemon and lime. APples are important due to the pectin they contain.

In my experience, dry lips is related to kidneys issue. An easy to do kidney cleanse in the Parsley concoction. Wash a bunch of fresh parsley with how water, put in a pot and cover with water. Boil the fresh parsley far about 15 minutes and take the parsley out to drink the 'parsley tea'. It is easy to do , not too demanding and very effective.
