I recently posted a thread questioning whether toxic build up and purification in the colon could stop antifungals and probiotics from being effective. With more research and experimentation I got my answer. In short the answer is yes. I found a few articles pointing to it and started getting die off for the first time in a year and a half this morning after a psyllium and bentonite shake last night. I was very excited. I went through a year of constant die off when I first got sick and my colon has to be a complete toxic waste dump, so this being effective makes sense. The only thing was was that I started to get chest pains like I used to when I suspected my liver was in trouble. I think I did a lot of good things for my liver over the past year and a half because I've been liver symptom free for the most part for a while now. So a solution is in sight but my liver seems to be a little too newly healed to deal with die off much.

Here's my plan, and I'm looking for confirmation that this is a good idea, or suggestions to better it. An Apple cider vinegar enema once a week to clear Candida. One coffee enema weekly for liver support. One probiotic enema weekly to repopulate my colon. A psyllium and bentonite shake only once a week because die off is strong and I don't want to hurt my liver too much. A potent multivitamin, b complex, chlorella, fish oil, cal mag zinc, Apple cider vinegar orally, hot lemon and cayenne drink, cell food, Swedish bitters, and a strong mega food probiotic.

I'm going to do each enema with a quart of water. 1 tsp for the coffee enema, 2tbsp for the acv, and 40 billion CFUs for the probiotic one. Enemas retained for 5 minutes on back with pillow to let gravity work, 5 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on the other. Does this sound good enough? I have a very hard time holding a quart for longer than 15 minutes.

The idea is to mainly support the liver so I can get strong enough for a more aggressive approach down the road, repopulate, target the Candida and liver problems with enemas to make progress gently without much toxins sticking around as oppose to oral methods, and get aggressive only once a week with the p&b shake to make decent progress but only burden my liver once every seven days.

Let me know what you guys think. I'm happy to finally be making progress but I wish there was a faster, more direct way. There's no telling how long I'll have to keep it slow due to my liver problems. Is there anything else I can do to strengthen my liver and/or bypass it from being burdened when getting rid of Candida? Also, p&b shakes are the only thing that have worked in a very long time, so I need a strategy that takes this into account and uses similar methods to heal.

Btw, I'm using the supplements I listed because they aren't metabolized by the cyp450 3a4 pathway. Anything that is strips my psych meds and I'm a mess.
