many thanks for your feedback.
So my understanding is I should stay away from adaptogens for now.
I dont want more stimulation then crash or more anxiety...

After many trials and research I came to this conslusion;
>> need to support adrenals first after ASI results
>> then start cleanse again while still supporting adrenals (ACE drops after the results of ASI)
>> no adaptogens at least at this point; maybe later - for now continue vitC, panthetine, A, D, E vitamins, bit Zinc
>> take it slow with cleanse

the "new" problem I have is I cant take usual vitC since several weeks.
Did not have that issues. Due to Hpylori i guess and AF had very low stomach acid.
But since several weeks I cant have vitC or my stomach is burning a lot even with buffered C.
