thanks so much for your reply. I didn't see it until now.

So good news, I did decide to push through with OP everyday (have only missed a few days here and there) so I am about 20 days in, more or less. I continued to use coconut oil. I was happy to see that my skin did clear up from the large breakouts and my hair is generally less oily.

I have however been experiencing some bloating and a yeast infection and I don't know if the OP is also related to this. I can say that since it's summer I seem to be having more wine and going out for drinks more than I normally would... so i think that i might have something of a candida issue. Now I've fallen down an internet rabbit hole that has me researching candida cleanses and they are all like 6 - 8 weeks!!! YIKES! I don't know if I can do it.

I will however try to make some changes with my diet but i don't know if I can get rid of alcohol entirely. I'm guessing that maybe some of the bloating and the yeast infection is my body's way of trying to deal with the alcohol since i generally eat healthy otherwise....?
