It's more than lying about the condition. There have been a few times where I felt like I was heading in the right direction, or that my lips looked better. I think its easy to use a bunch of products to hydrate the skin or put EC into remission. You don't need to take a picture of your whole face just a closeup of the lips give others a better idea if the person is actually showing improvement.
