I am currently taking a liver cleanse by Solaray - it is two pills a day. How often should I do this? My doctor told me since I have been on BC for so many years, my hormones are out of balance. I am taking DIM and Vitex to balance everything out. I am hoping to get pregnant as well and are having a hard time by this (which I have been told because of my hormones being out of balance). I really appreciate your input! My doctor wanted to immediately put me on Clomid and other medications but I want to take a more natural approach. Also - I have terrible hormonal Acne - is what I'm doing going to help with that?
