In searching for a good ND abroad i was talking with a very open but quite "fresh" practitioner.

with regards to my problems: gastro-intestinal + adrenals + hipotyroid he express the need for adaptogens which Im very reluctant to take cause i was quite down at the bottom.

just want to check if its a good idea. Ive retried ginseng sev weeks ago NOK and cordiceps for imunity NOK also. he talks about rhodiola, ginseng ashwaganda...sound like old school even he's young enough.
overall he's really a good person but hes way back with adrenals treatment?
