Thanks for taking a look at my results. It says my Estradiol (Saliva) was 1.3 pg/ml on a normal scale of 1.3-3.3 for premenopausal in the luteal phase. So that part looks fine but the pg/e2 (progesterone to estradiol) ratio was low. I don't think the other types of estrogen are included in this test.

After I had my first child in 2006, I tried supplementing with Coromega Omega-3 supplement packets. I felt even more irritable on the days when I would take them so maybe it was converting to androgens as well, that's testosterone right? I am already on the higher scale of that so I don't want to stimulate those in any way.

Thank you for the encouragement as well, some days I do feel like I'm being lazy and/or overdramatic but I should decided that, not anyone else. I have felt way worse in the past and I just need to remember that I am still recovering.

Do you take Seriphos? I tried taking 2 two nights ago and I was flopping like a fish all night. Normally I don't remember waking up at all but my fitbit tells me I'm moving my wrist about half the night. Last night I took 3 (at 9 pm) and only woke up a handful of times to flip over. This morning (at 6 am) I still felt tired but after drinking some water, and using the bathroom, I feel wide awake but calm, not high anxiety like some mornings. If you do/have take/taken it, how long did you try it for and how did you adjust? I read one review on amazon of a guy that said he had to take his in the morning instead of night but I'm not sure how long he tried and how he came to that conclusion except that it worked for him in the end. I know my cortisol is high in the morning so it would make sense to take one right when I wake up but I'm a little worried it would make me sleepy all day and I have 2 small kids to take care of.

L-theanine, I will look into. I started taking L-tyrosine a few days ago, I read it has a calming effect but can't remember where I read it yet. Not sure how long it takes to work. I am also trying Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) to help with the brain fog. I read on the amazon bulksupplements L-theanine page that it is an amino acid found in green tea. When I drink one cup of green tea, it doesn't seem to have any effect on me, good or bad. If I have two cups of green tea, I get into that super irritable mode where I am angry at anything. I wonder if that is just the caffeine or if this would cause something similar.
