So...so far into my Alkaline Water experience. It's simply magic. No joking, no kidding. I found some testimonials on YouTube on ph 9.5 Alkaline Water keeping shingles and everything else at bay. But I'm actually the best proof I can have. I began by spraying my shingles outbreak area with ph 2.5 acid water to stop the pain and the shingles from spreading. Of course I changed my diet to a veggie diet because when you start the alkaline water, even at a ph 8.5, it will let your body know that some things are not good for you. Of course I was also drinking the ph 8.5 Water to then the 9.0 water to now the 9.5 water. It is a gradual move because your body is detoxifying. It is truly amazing, I am not using the hydrogen peroxide anymore I am using simply the water by drinking it and if I ever feel pain in that area (which I haven't) then I can spray the area with 2.5 or 6.5 water. One thing, the body will change and you will go through different detox stages. But totally worth it. The shingles didn't dry up like with hydrogen peroxide. It scabed and it seemed to have taken a while for the scab to fall. But the pain in the area went away almost immediately. I'd say that Alkaline Water is my cure for just about all my ills. I also have a hernia in the groin area. It has significantly gone down and stays down. No bulging or bump. I can't wait to see how my health has improved in 15 more days. Best!!!
