Hello. I am new to this forum. 54 year old male. Had anxiety and racing thoughts 11 years ago. Was prescribed Zoloft and have taken 25 mg a day since. Would like to not take any chems at all if possible. Where to start. The worst is the 2 - 5 am negative thoughts, racing heartbeat, panic feeling when I am not taking the Sertraline.

Do I need to be on this drug for the rest of my life?

I would appreciate any help.
