I think Listerine is adequate, but not nearly as effective at killing germs & fungus as the Lugols mixed in water. You can get Lugols at Amazon.com.

Good flora is only vital in the intestines, so I would not worry about what is in the mouth. Saliva will quickly replace balance in our mouth.
