I know I should have started my first post by a new thread and not answering in the middle of one already opened.

I have already said in my third message to Grizz:

"VWT forum is the best, that s my first reading in the morning, then I switch to a French one that I like too...

I learned so much from Vulcanel, Wombat, Trapper, Newport, Ginagirl, Grizzlybear and you ! ", I should also mention Just thinking, High on Water, T2T...

Yes ! This forum is an incredible mine of information that is nowhere available, bravo !

I have read all the messages from the first page to the last one, over 500 pages and 110'000 messages, a long neklace of precious pearls, it is like reading a thriller...

I created in Excel a workbook with different sheets for subjects of my interest and loaded them with the links to the relevant threads. All this I must re-read carefully once again to assimilate and memorize everything. I particularly appreciated Wombat s research on history of Iodine use, stunning !

Here (french speaking part of CH), is a total iodophobia, just a drink with 1 drop of KI in water is a heresie, at the limit painting of small area is accepted, but not a drink, the same in France on french speaking forums.

My first health book was that of Dr. C. Kousmine - "How to be well into your eighties", bought in late seventies, then those from Drs. Walford and C. Pfeiffer, excellent information there which helped me to stay in good health up to now, but nothing there about Iodine, 150 mcgs, few lines, "there is nothing to see, go away" one would think. That s why this forum is exceptional in my eyes.
