Thank you. I will try the caprylic acid and post results. I believe it will work unless I am at a severe stage of candida, which I don't feel like I am (if I were it sounds like I would be in the emergency room). I will also take oregeno oil alternating between the two. 

Have you heard of MMS? That is supposed to help but I have no idea what it is.
