I think he meant 99.99 when he said 9999 (four nines). which I often see used as a shorter form(expression) when talking silver purity.

On the topic of coins, the Canadian mint makes several high 99.99 purity coins that are quite common for use in making of Colloidal Silver .

To which I'd add, of all the purity certificates that comes with silver purchased on the market, I'd trust the Canadian mint the most given their reputation and commitment toward quality.
