I want to ask that what kind of lifestyle should I maintain.?

One thing I want to know
Two year ago I was a occasionally drinker. After I come to know that I hav a gallstone. I continue to drink for a while and then left.

but I was not a heavy drinker.



So is my liver is NAFLD.?
