Hallo,

I have Hip Necrosis (both sides). Doctors know only one thing i.e. artificial hip transplantation. But the problem is this that I am only 38 years old and don't want to have artificial hips.

I want to ask to guide me how to come over this problem. I will be really grateful to you.

Moreover, I have severe vitamin D deficiency and sun is rare where I live. Is there any Herb that can help me?
