I take 10 grams potassium regularly in my soup with no problem The alleged "authorities" who "warn" about potassium, are about as smart as the ones who warn about iodine.

They should be seen as the incompetent shills they are and should not be listened to or any attention paid, they are petty liars and only have power because people are mentally conditioned to be weak enough to believe the bombastic drivel they emit.
