People have been helped by letting the body heal itself, along with frequent moisture. I think people are way too quick to write it off. There are also people who have tried diets with no success. I tend to agree with Palacima, that if you got this condition from picking, then the body needs to heal itself. However, I do recognize that diet can help some people, like Longterm. My peeling process has slowed down significantly from letting my body just heal. To say shut up and leave if you haven't tried Water Fasting is pretty ridiculous in my opinion.
