Hi, I appreciate your post as I am desperate to erase a horrible memory and the negative emotional charge that comes with it. I feel emotionally/mentally trapped. When a topic that reminds me of the memory comes up, I cannot control my irrational reaction. Please let me know the steps of how your therapist went about helping you. Thank you
