No I am not taking probiotics at all, like Ginagirl I think they are overpriced when I took them years ago I did not notice anything special.

Frankly, I do not care much about my gut flora, I just take I, B, Zn, Mg, far from each other and vit. C 3 gr. etc.

We all live in symbiose !
