Before and after a liver flush, very light food is suggested which is mostly fruits and fruit juices. And even we need to take apple juice for a week to soften the gall stones. Whereas in the candida diet, fruits and fruit juices are big no-no! Now that's contradictory isn't it? This has been in my head for a while now :) pls let me know your thoughts on this.
