I did a 15 day cleanse in July and lost 11 lbs. The first day off I ate nuts, soup, a slice of pizza, etc. Now I gained back the 11 plus 2 of it's friends. What a horrible feeling.

I went into the M/C hoping it would "fix" my eating habits and it did not. Or shall I say, I didnt fix it.

Makes me think that our eating habits run deeper into our emotional state.

I wish us both the best w/ this daily battle.
