I wish there was a general consensus on the correct diet. I recently had a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut and had no reaction. I also recently went to Vegas and had waffles, crab cakes, Italian sausage, gelato (I was having brunch at Bacchanal Buffet in Vegas) and had no reaction. If I'm not reacting to these "forbidden foods" than is it really feeding the Candida? I'm now on the strict Candida diet but all of this mess is making me question whether Candida is even the problem. I don't want to be on this miserable diet if I don't have to.
