If you search for "liver meridian stretch" or "gallbladder median stretch" from a search engine it will identify pages with yoga poses and some youtube pages that will demonstrate some useful exercises.

In respects of pain/ discomfort profiles they can be very individual so that two people with a similar problem can feel the pain refereed to different parts of the body. Although more generally there is a pattern. The thing is that it is very difficult for doctors and alternative health providers to give a diagnosis based on pain profiles.
